8/10- Kennedy and I headed to a Moms & Me playdate at the mall.
Then we headed to pick up the girls from art camp. Todays' project needed to dry over night.
Since we were at the art museum, we decided to go this the Moby Dick exhibit.
The whale is a 52 feet recreation of Moby Dick, made of a large-scale vinyl inflatable understructure sheathed in white industrial felt. It's was created to include all the harpoon marks, etc. as in the book. It's a massive piece.
and here's a much better photo, compliments of the museum.

One of our favorite local bands was doing a lunch time performance at the main library so we headed there for about an hour, just to shake our sillies out.
Then home we went. I took a catnap, while the girls played in the backyard. Alex took this picture.
Then off to our Karate intro. lesson. I think Jordan would really benefit from Martial Arts, however we're still looking around for a good fit (personality & budget wise).
Think we're going to look into our parks & rec. group.
