The next morning we were off to see Lady Liberty up close.
a quick picture on the boat ride over.
waiting in the entrance.
posing in front of the liberty face mold.
and here she is. We really lucked out too, because we met an elderly parks worker who was smitten by our girls and offered to give us a personal tour/history of the grounds. He took this family picture for us (Jordan made an "ugly face" so I had to crop her face with another one. My blending skills need much practice.
Later in the day, we headed to the Museum of Natural History. This place is wonderful and ranks right up there with the Smithsonian. I took too many pictures to post, here are a few of my favorites.
We also walked through Central Park since it was close by....
Jordan looking at the John Lennon "Imagine" tribute.
and with all the excitement & movement of the day, we treated ourselves to a really fancy dinner.
All of our favorite foods, Steak, Lambchops, King Crab Legs, etc., etc., etc., another a great in the big apple!
You have a beautiful family!
