I'm usually opposed to using the daughter as a guinea pig for online curriculums, but I saw this on a friends blog and thought we'd give it a try. After 6 weeks, I'll give you my honest thoughts. Here's the formal posting verbage:
K5 Learning has an online reading and math program for kindergarten to grade 5 students. I've been given a 6 week free trial to test and write a review of their program. If you are a blogger, you may want to check out their open invitation to write an online learning review of their program.
Thanks,
Aly.
my only concern if I did something like this is what if I am teaching my child in a different way than the teacher is teaching? Wouldn't she get confused?

I haven't run into that. Honestly, by the time the teacher catches up to what we're doing, they don't really care the method in which she reaches her answers as much as that she already knows the material. I'll be sure to post a review in a few weeks about this particular site. It's being advertised specifically towards "afterschoolers".
