On Sunday, Alex started reading this book and was taken by it right away.
On Monday, we stopped & got ice cream after work.
and a friend neighbor came by to play.
On Tuesday (6/7) , I was in a car accident with some minor but lasting injuries. No pictures, even though I was thinking about it as I watched my car being towed out of a ditch.
On Wednesday (6/8), still no pictures. I stayed home with my arm in a sling trying not to take the prescription pain pills given to me.
On Thursday (6/9), my sister, nephew and mom came to visit me. They crack me up.
On Friday (6/10).....I went back to work, but should have stayed home. I took this picture of the girls and you can see Alex's face when I declared that I no longer needed a sling.
On Saturday (our normally busy outdoors day) we hung around the house.
and my sorority sisters came by to visit that evening, I managed to pull myself together. It really lifted my spirits after a hard week.
Sorry about the accident! I hope you feel better soon. I love the "sisters" shot and the ice cream.

Hope you're feeling much better by now, so sorry to hear about your accident. Little Alexs face when you declared no more sling...priceless...you can tell she loves her mommy, such are in her face.
