On Tuesday, we spent the evening at the pool.
On Wednesday, I was deperate and just took this picture of some fruit from Whole Foods.
On Thursday, I rushed downtown during my planning period to see my nephew graduate from highschool. Here he is with his mom (my sister)
and a quick family shot- my sisters, mom, Erik and a family friend.
On Friday, it was the last day of school!!! We watched the kids ride off-
then off to our end of year staff party....
and back to my room to pack, reflect on the year, and open some cards from students.
Once home, we went out to celebrate the unofficial start of my summer break (I still had to work 2 more administrative days)
Have you tried Silver Diner? Don't let the name fool you, I immediately thought it was greasy diner food until someone recommended it. It's awesome. They purchase all local foods, 100% organic and just a fun place for the kids. Highly recommend trying it out if you have one in your town.
Ok, first of all that baby is adorable!!! Those eyes.
And you teach AND homeschool? I am confused. ;)

Hi Tracy. No, I'm more of what I call an "afterschooler". My daughters attend a Montessori school & grandmas house during the day. During the summer we "homeschool".

Yep, I know lots of people who "afterschool" and most do it out realizing and without the answers book! LOL!

Watching the teachers wave to the kids on the buses was touching
