As I write this post, my chilly days have turned into 70 degrees weather around here :)
The week started with the second "frosting" we've seen so far this year. Here's a picture of the ice melting by the time I got home from work. Still quite lovely though.
On Friday we took the girls to the local Children's Museum. They have a new program where on the first Friday of the month they lower the rate from $8 to $1 from 5-7. Great deal! They've also just completed a remodel so we were excited to check it out.
Quickie Description: 1)Egyptian dog? 2)Mechanic Shop where they can actually put on the tires, mufflers, air filter, check oil, etc.etc. 3)Weather Room, the picture here is actually the TV screen where the children are projected. 4)face painting 5) water play 6) Daddy & Jordan.
On Saturday we attended the Chinese New Year Festival. We got there a little late and missed the opening celebration. Alex did get to make some crafts, watch some performances and see her old teacher who was there selling her art. All of my pictures came out fuzzy so I swiped these off the site.
Sundays are our normal family day at Grandma's. It's probably the best meal and most restful time we have all week.
